Angela holds a BSc (Hons) Food & Human Nutrition from the University of Newcastle- upon-Tyne and has completed the Postgraduate course ‘Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ with the UCD Innovation Academy’. Angela has over ten years experience in the food industry, working in the area of new product development for Marks and Spencer, London, UK.
